Having competed up to the Optional Level and worked as a program director and head coach across all events, I combine practical expertise with a commitment to personal growth and self-development. My background in biology, sports nutrition, and the psychology of women informs my holistic approach to the sport.
Through Pivot, I strive to bridge communication gaps between coaches, parents, and athletes while addressing challenges like outdated practices, poor workplace dynamics, and harmful athlete mindsets. With a motivational and educational tone, I aim to inspire coaches to embrace new ideas, foster healthier environments, and create spaces where gymnasts can truly thrive.
